Each quarter the WEN Training Center offers a 4-week Start Your Business Right Seminar Series geared to the person who’s thinking about starting a business. Our job is simple: we want to make sure you realize what’s at stake when you start a business. The workshops are held one night a week for four consecutive weeks. Currently the Start Your Business Right series is hosted at Seymour & Associates/Mass Mutual, 1760 Manley Road, Maumee, 43537.

If you missed this May, we are doing it again.  If you attended in May and wanted to attend the other breakout sessions, this is your chance!  Bring a friend and introduce them to WEN.  Non-WEN members pay $25 (which can be used towards their WEN dues for the first year.)  No problems with parking--passes not needed on Friday September 24 to park in Lot 22 near the building.

LinkedIN, Facebook, Twitter--you know they can help you market your business, but you haven't used them to their full potential.  This workshop will help you update your marketing to make full use of the new "social media" tools.  Whether you are familiar with social media or a "rookie", our workshop and hands-on breakout sessions will help you jumpstart your business marketing.  Bring your laptop with you (some computers will be available for use by attendees).  Bring your lunch with yoiu (water and cookies provided.)

Join us for a traditional Barn Dance with lots of music by the Main Street Band. The band is known for its country, classic rock and wedding reception music. But do come prepared to square dance! Don Rose will call the square dance and the live auction.

Also, bring your checkbook. We'll be having a silent auction (much like the one we did with the Sadie Hawkins event last year) as well as a live auction for bigger items.
